Formal Living | Eastwood

With a strong influence on the architecture this design looked to continue the formal tones of the home into the external spaces along with the garden layouts. Set on a large scale parcel of land enabled open lawn spaces and generous stairs for the level changes. Despite the scale it was important to provide intimate spaces in the tailored courtyards flowing off the formal rooms of the home. For this a number of custom water features were design and constructed along with detailed pavement and other material changes. A high level outdoor kitchen was design and installed enabling entertaining to be an ease for guests but most importantly the hosts. A separate pavilion was positions at the rear of the property with bar and open fire cooking station as a break out space, whilst connection with the family sporting games to the large scale lawn space.
