This exclusive waterfront property, with stunning views had undeveloped areas for exploiting the location and seamless connection with the home. We assisted the family with a custom design pavilion roof with detailed integration to the existing architecture. The entertaining pavilion has transformed an otherwise underutilised paved area into a fully equipped outdoor entertaining space for year-round enjoyment. Inspiration has been drawn from the nearby arch of the Gladesville Bridge for the bespoke kitchen bench which forms a centrepiece of the space, with generous lounge space taking in the view, along with a large dining area. Skylight were added to the ceiling detail for natural light along with heat lamps for all year use.
