Set in a rural part of Sydney this project required careful consideration of the topography of the land and natural bushland setting. On approach the detailed stone blade walls set the tone for the estate leading to a paved turning circle offset from the clean rendered walls with trailing plants. To the rear a large-scale entertaining pavilion houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, large scale dining space, along with outdoor fire and lounge area with games room. The resort style pool connects with the pavilion and is placed centre to the property, whilst overlooking the tennis court. Detailed pavement links the spaces, whilst including a formed concrete fire pit seat with surrounding plantings and open lawn spaces.
