The Estate | Dural

Set on 5 acres, and considering the fall of the land, this design enabled the changing levels to be a key feature of the spaces, whilst allowing a tiered flow of water in the pool design. It houses a detailed entertaining pavilion with dining and lounge space, wet bar along with a change room. The grand scale of the pool has adopted a symmetrical layout with an elevated spa to the centre and formal stairs leading into the water either side. A feature stone wall to the rear of the pool addresses the retaining required whilst providing a stunning back drop to the space. The formal tones of the large scale lawns and surrounding planting layouts lean into the tones of the architecture to build on the quality of this private rural estate.
